APS yoga is called “Ana Pana Sathi yoga”. It is widely described in vedhas hence it is an ancient practice. Gowthama Budha highlighted this APS yoga during his time and he himself enlightened through this practice. He named this yoga as “Vipassana”. He started recommending the Vipassana widely.
