Dhanvanthri Yoga :

It is meant for maintaining total health. Selected Yogaasanas are offered for participants. Warm body exercises are practiced there.  More and more tips are given about the food, sleep and work.  The total aim of the programme is to maintain the health by tuning the body and the mind thereby avoiding unnecessary medication.
